Processing Time

Every order is prepared at our fulfillment center within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We ship to Canada and the United States.

Standard shipping: delivered in 4–10 business days after shipping.
Free standard shipping on orders over $50 CAD.

Taxes and Duties

Canada: no additional taxes or duties are charged at delivery.
United States: depending on current import regulations, US customs may apply duties or fees at delivery. These charges, if any, are the customer's responsibility.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your package at any time with the "Track my order" button in your confirmation email.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during peak periods or due to carrier delays. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of shipping, contact us and we'll look into it right away.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email us as soon as possible and we'll update it before your order ships.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find your package, please check with neighbours or building management first. If it's still missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll resolve it.
